Cancellation Policy

Adorn Laser Clinic provides our clients with a courtesy reminder regarding their appointment date and time prior to their treatment either via email, or phone.

To cancel or reschedule an appointment, Adorn Laser clinic requires at least 48 hours’ notice. If you cancel or change your appointment within the 48 hours, or do not attend your booked appointment at all, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of 30%. In the case that your appointments are prepaid, you will forfeit one session of your prepaid treatment.

Refund Policy

If you pre-pay for treatments you will save an amount according to the pre-payment schedule.

Adorn Laser Clinic has a strict ‘no refund’ policy on all purchases, including all prepaid treatments (whether paid in full or not) for any change of mind reasons, in the event that your circumstances change, or in the event that you choose to discontinue or fail to attend treatments.

All treatments and services are not transferrable to other treatments, or other individuals.

Deposits paid for all skin and laser treatments, including cosmetic injectable are non-refundable.

Refunds will be provided where required in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.

Our treatments and products may not be suitable for you and whilst all due care and skill is exercised in treating our clients, eventually it is your responsibility to determine if the treatment or the product is suitable for you.

In order for us to provide the best service, it is very important that you provide all information requested in completing consent forms and advise us of any issues that may affect your treatments. We encourage you to work with your therapist/ health professional on what you can achieve with your treatment.

Prepaid Programs

Prepaid programs will expire and will automatically be cancelled after 24 months from the date of purchase. There is no refunds or exchanges on prepaid treatments.

At least 48 hours’ notice is required for any pre-paid appointment cancellations. If you cancel a pre-paid appointment within 48 hours, or do not attend the appointment, the treatment will be forfeited.
