At Adorn Laser clinic our teeth whitening system is cost-effective, enamel safe and pain-free. Erase years of stains in minutes with our compliant gel and unique blue light technology that produces immediate results. The results from our professional treatment on average can produce between 4-8 shades whiter in 60 minutes.Non-professional products may only produce 1-3 shades in several weeks/months of daily usage and are more likely to produce sensitivity.
Without question, we all WANT a nice white smile. The Whitening Advanced kit will lift the whiteness level and give you a clean, fresh feel. Teeth whitening can be a bit tricky because the results depend on the state of your teeth to begin with, the food you eat, the amount of wine and coffee you drink, and also just the natural whiteness of your teeth. So the results really do vary from person to person.

Making Your Perfect Smile Last
Here are some teeth whitening aftercare tips that you should consider if you want the improved quality of your smile from your teeth whitening to last.
- Brush your teeth properly. The food we eat can stain our teeth, especially wine and drinks that contain caffeine.
- Use whitening toothpastes. Whitening toothpastes have bleaching agents as active ingredients that can help oxidise the stain from the teeth.
- Cut back on drinking and smoking. Frequent consumption of alcoholic drinks and heavy smoking can reverse the effects of teeth whitening.
- Use a straw. Using a straw can help minimise the contact of drinking fizzy drinks or iced tea with your teeth as caffeine in these drinks as well as the tannins in tea can stain the teeth.
- Use smudge-proof lipstick. Some kinds of lipstick tend to cling to the teeth, and the pigments by which lipsticks are made can contribute to the discolouration of your teeth.
After Care Notes
Following 48 hours after your Treatment, you must:
- Avoid any dark staining drinks like Tea, Coffee, Red Wine, coloured soft or alcoholic drinks and fruit juice.
- Avoid all dark staining foods like bolognese, soy sauce, red meat, chocolate and all fruit except bananas.
- Avoid any foods or drinks that would leave a stain on a white shirt.
- No Smoking for 24 hours, smoking a cigarette within the first 24 Hours will stain your teeth
- Moderate use of electronic cigarettes is OK.
- Avoid coloured toothpaste (red or blue) or Mouthwash for 24 hours.
Teeth whitening is not an inexpensive venture and should thus be seen as an investment. You should take care of your investment and make sure that your pearly smiles will last. Any questions give us a call!

Teeth Whitening FAQs
What is teeth whitening?
Teeth whitening is a cosmetic dental procedure designed to remove stains and discoloration from the surface of your teeth. Using professional-grade whitening agents, this treatment can significantly brighten your smile.
Is teeth whitening safe?
Yes! When performed or supervised by professional therapists, teeth whitening is safe. We use high-quality products and techniques to minimize sensitivity and protect your gums during the process.
Does teeth whitening work?
Yes, teeth whitening does work on natural teeth that have experienced some surface and/or subsurface stains from eating, drinking or smoking things that leave stains on or in the tooth enamel.
How Many Shades Whiter?
This depends entirely on the person. It is a natural whitening that will get you to your natural tooth color. Average results are 4-8 shades.
How long does it take?
The Beaming White System is one to three applications of 10-15 minutes each, so it’s less than an hour to a Beaming White smile!
How long does teeth whitening last?
The results of teeth whitening can last anywhere from 6 months to 2 years, depending on your oral hygiene habits and lifestyle choices. Avoiding stain-causing foods and drinks, and maintaining good dental hygiene, can help prolong your results.
What causes tooth discoloration?
Common causes of tooth discoloration include:
- Consuming coffee, tea, wine, or dark-colored foods.
- Tobacco use.
- Aging, which can thin enamel and expose the yellowish dentin underneath.
- Certain medications or medical conditions.
Will teeth whitening make my teeth sensitive?
Some patients may experience temporary sensitivity during or after the treatment. However, this typically subsides within a few days. We use desensitizing agents to minimize discomfort whenever possible.
Am I a candidate for teeth whitening?
Teeth whitening is suitable for most people with healthy teeth and gums. However, it may not be effective for individuals with:
- Tooth-colored fillings, crowns, or veneers (these won’t whiten).
- Severe discoloration caused by medication or trauma.
- Gum disease or cavities, which need to be treated first.
What’s the difference between in-clinic whitening and take-home kits?
- In-clinic whitening provides faster, more dramatic results, usually in a single session.
- Take-home kits offer convenience, allowing you to whiten your teeth gradually at home with customized trays and professional-grade gel.
How much does teeth whitening cost?
The cost varies based on the type of treatment you choose. In-clinic whitening typically costs more than take-home kits but delivers faster results. Check our pricing and special offers pages.
Can teeth whitening damage enamel?
No, professional teeth whitening products are designed to safely whiten your teeth without damaging enamel. Our team ensures proper application to protect your teeth.
How soon will I see results?
In-clinic whitening provides immediate results, while take-home kits show noticeable improvements within 1-2 weeks of consistent use.
Are the results permanent?
Teeth whitening is not permanent, but with proper care, you can maintain your brighter smile for years. Avoiding staining foods, drinking through a straw, and regular cleanings can help maintain results.
